They're both updated regularly so I don't understand what you mean by static and why this thread would be any less so. This is a review site so SPs and establishments are noted and commented on as a matter of discussion. If you want an easy to reference "hot list" curated by others for you then you're in the wrong place. You are meant to do your research based on your preferences and build your own lists of who to see or not see based on the reviews and other comments made in passing and questions you ask about services rendered.
Your unqualified proposal only serves to splinter an ongoing conversation which would require participants to consider which thread to talk about any given encounter to save repeating themselves.
"Mutual touching" might mean being permitted to touch an arse or boobs over clothing, it might mean fiddling with her bits through lingerie, it might mean "respectful" touching of the outside of bare genitals, it might or might not include licking or kissing of boobs, nipples and/or anus, it could mean "finger blasting until she squirts", SPs have been found to have all kinds of limits on what they will or won't touch, lick or probe and so on. What about RO or OW(O) or FS or A?
