mmm I've put this as a Neutral, others may agree or disagree.

Called up asking for an immediate appointment (I was parked outside) got told yes. In I popped. Taken through to the back with mattress on floor, but well appointed, if a little to dark until my eyes became accustomed.
In came Jenny, great looking girl and a great looking body, agreed relaxing hour for the £40 already paid at front desk. Settled in to a nice massage, very relaxing, after a while the strokes got closer and inevitably the question was asked... Extra's? Yes how much?
Now this is where it got silly....B2B - £80!! no,no,no......ok topless with HE £50,,,, no, ok HE £30 !!! tried for 5mins to get HE down to £20 no doing, Jenny kept on about a very sexy B2B, her body did look great but I'm not paying a total of £120 for a naked wank....ever.
So after too much haggling on both sides, I reluctantly agreed to HE for £30, but the atmosphere was a bit frosty, the HE was adequate, but the ridiculous amount of money being asked spoilt it for me.
Will I return..... nope

The girls are probably paid £10 for an hours massage (maybe even working for free) / the shop keeps the rest so the carrot for the girls to work is the extras, it’s ridiculous how much they thing looking at a pair of tits is worth nowadays

I've never heard of massage girls working for free. For a £40 massage they'll get around £15.

The working for extras only is the line I often hear when they are negotiating extras. I don't think I've ever believed it.

I worked in a massage parlour years ago and it's true...the only money we got to keep was the tips. Obviously it may not be the same everywhere. Towards the end of my time there the 'boss' even wanted a cut of the tips as 'room rent'. On quiet days it's quite possible to earn absolutely nothing which is pretty soul destroying.

How many years ago and are you referring to a full service massage parlour or a massage shop?

You think? Well I can't speak for this establishment obviously but I've done a few legit ones in my time and got fuck all for it.

It was a massage not full service place and I left around 10.years ago. So maybe things are different now but I very much doubt it at the place I worked if the same twat is still running it lol.

However it came about you were working for someone who exploited you.

Speaking from the more recent conversations I've had when visiting massage shops (which are nearly all Chinese or Thai) the girls get paid a portion of the massage fee and keep any tips for extras.

Gopal....no it wasn't Bubbles actually but a place called Heanor Health Spa which you may not have heard of. It was a very odd place...the owner made us wear flat shoes and fairly unsexy clothes so as not to give the impression anything untoward was going on lol. I did work with some ex Bubbles girls however and they told me the girls also received tips only there as well. To be fair it was very rare to have a client that didn't want extras ...I'm sure the Thai/Chinese places get loads more legit customers as admittedly their massage skills will be far better. I had literally no massage skills at all when I started and I bet you can guess what the training involved!

Slight tangent but I used to see Danni at Bubbles who left and worked at Heanor Health Spa for some time I think. Great masseuse and v sexy too.

I remember seeing a Chinese girl at a shop and her extras were just stupidly over priced, in the end I just said no thank you rather than get into an argument about prices, she got pretty angry when turned her down I assumed it was because she’d just rubbed my back for an hour for free or next to free, was sure the extras were their only source of income
