Hi all-can any one help with a password reset -type ths on old phone with screen not working as damaged  trying get in on newer phone But password reset is not working I have original email that I set up with and the date I set up account- thanks

Same problem when I got a new phone. I powered up the old one and reset password on that one then logged in on new one. Probably best to follow above advice. I've got a backlog of reviews to do now
