Recently for me it's been 3-4 a month. This month however I'll be off work for Christmas, for 2 weeks. That means I can't punt. So I'll be going cold turkey whilst I'm at home eating cold turkey

Once, maybe twice, a month for 2 hours with a regular. Punting sabbatical over Xmas, but looking forward to my birthday in January
