Occurred today so warning for those trying to see her tomorrow.

I had a feeling this was going to go south from the start.

Called her (first number) and arranged a time for 2 hours later - it was obvious from the conversation she was going to be seeing someone soon and I was gonna be after them. So I assumed she was busy but also that she was organised. She took my name and said she would text me the address

80 mins later and no address so so I text her for the address - no response. So call and she says asks if I can come 15 mins later than agreed but then says stick to the original time - she sounded like she was consulting her diary was was trying to slot me in. Asked my name again as she didn't seem to know what was going on initially - I had to remind her I had already booked for 9. (her English is not brilliant but more than sufficient for this type of conversation).

I then had to text her again saying if she didn't send me the address I would not be able to travel in time - eventually got the address which is an area with a lot of B and B places in Shirley. This came from the 3rd number.

Got to address and text her on the 3rd number to say I am outside. No response. Left after about 15 minutes.

I spent the 15 mins in my car deciding on going to a backup which is a Chinese place I go to a lot. Will review next.

Conclusion - I suspect she is quite busy - maybe coz of the reviews on here but also because it is pretty shit in Southampton area at the moment.

She doesn't handle her own calls, so a negative for the "secretary" really. Her service is very good, when you get in the room.

I did wonder. The voice did sound like the one in the video so who knows.

I spsoe its ultimately a warning for others to have a backup in case it goes wrong.

I've been planning a visit to her since I've seen she's in Southampton. After seeing this review I did panic but I've tried my luck today and was not disappointed. I'll be writing my review shortly. It will be positive.
