Isn’t that for lighters you can buy them in most newsagents I know you can buy disposable lighters cheap but that doesn’t prove anything

Not sure you actual "proof" is going to be found either way. 

Cooking up smack needs heat - hurricane lighters do that very well and need refilling often - butane cans are not an everyday fixture in a lady's bedroom.
