At least one of the images have been pulled from a Polish clothing web site, the same setting is included in this link External Link/Members Only
Pic's in her gallery show a pierced navel, a small mole & all face pics are blurred.
Main profile pic doesn't show these these marks.

On balance, I'd assume it's fake.
