Other people have highlighted the reliability issues which too my cost I can now confirm.
Talked on the phone arranged to meet within the hour and was well hacked off having driven some 20 odd minutes, parked up and walked to the approximate location to be meet with complete radio silence.
I am aware that stuff happens but a simple txt goes a long way , pissing off your customer base is a poor business model.
Thankfully and for a change Plan B came good, of more later.
