Yes it's the 'new normal', everything is an extra now and finding one that includes in price is a rarity.  Prices for basic service gone up 15-25% for 30 mins basic over the last year also. Really is a shame but with lurve-lorne punters like OP they are apparently doing well out of it.

Also a piss take that they don't mention extras on profile and now the WGs (or Sergei) stop replying when you try to ask/confirm via text or phone.  Guess they want the cucks who will just pay up on the door like a good simp, and there's apparently enough of them around.
