I booked her once, got as far as parking up at the agreed place and ringing when she shouted a load of mad stuff down the phone at me.

Sounds familiar.

I rang her once (around lunchtime) to make an appointment and she asked when I wanted to visit. I told her I was finished work at 4pm and said, "Would about 4.30 suit you?" 

Got a mouthful of abuse in response and she went off on a tirade about wankers thinking she had nothing better to do than sit around all day waiting on them.

Never rang her again.

Met her a few times 6/7 years ago. Although if I remember right she was a tab more expensive than others but I got on well with her. Like everything else life gets in the way and lost contact with her.
