I read half way through but gave up. I wished they was a super blacklist option on AW as she would be on that straight away. But all that section on profiling black men and rest of the profile just screams she is an headache to deal with and maybe more of headache to deal in civvie life. Surprised she got positive reviews from punters here (though it just shows how desperate some punters are to deal with such a NPD c~nt). And although she gave an explanation I don't buy it which I explained why countless of times on UKP. But yeah long read and a first for NBA policies.
my blacklist if full of NBA's and frankly I appreciate it when it's front and centre of the profile, I've had to find out at the door a few times.
on reading this one though it seems fairly reasoned and thought through beyond "bad experiences" obviously I don't know what's going on in her ends but as a black guy I've had a few regulars express anxiety when they see a black client approaching (if they have oversight from a window or buzzer camera) and several have mentioned being targeted by gangs and robbed at knife point under the guise of punting... punter arrives scopes the place if the WG is alone, calls his mates and lets them in type of shit.
in this case the WG didn't take a blanket NBA policy but restricted her profile to black punters she had seen before or something like 10 positives and AW bookings only...
long story but I guess the proof will be if indeed she does tour sometime will she accept "any punter without scrutiny" *NBA is NBA and she could have left it at that, no reason for her to claim she will see black guys outside her current area...
except for her use of the term 'profiling' (screening is just about enough) no real reason not to take her disclaimer in good faith ...IMO
