It's not Accrington Sash in the photos.
But as to who she is, no idea. Never noticed her before. But I'll be very surprised if she's British - or if the profile photo is genuine.

Looks like it especially with the way she is dressed. My gut feeling says something isn't right so I will just ignore her profile.
