Thats a very good point, it is rather a lot of feedback. Then again, she does insist on putting a booking through AW after confirming via email. So, I guess with every client putting in a booking many are leaving feedback because they can. Also, TS pickings are slim in Sheffield so someone who looks like that would get a few clients quite quickly
