Frustrating and frustrated

I haven't had a meeting for nearly 2 years. I managed to arrange a day out in the punting wasteland that is Swansea and beyond. First I discovered that my two favourite ladies had left the scene. Some other ladies I was keen to meet: one was working in another county; one had not logged in for 2 weeks and had therefore not answered email; one had read two emails but declined to answer; one was in Cardiff; one's profile said she was ill; one was not available till September.

I did manage to arrange a meeting. It was cancelled 70 minutes before it was due.

Now very short notice to arrange anything One very good lady I have seen before was fully booked. Long shots - I texted two ladies I had seen before but who no longer had live profiles. One confirmed she was no longer working, one no reply.

So I had to console myself with a coffee in Starbucks. It will be a long time before I can arrange another day out.

Feel your pain def, similar happened to me two weeks ago went way above my price bracket told to ring in morning just to double confirm, did so to be told two hours before ko that she couldn’t do it 😡

Sorry to hear of this Def. I guess it's happened to us all. But particularly frustrating if you have infrequent opportunities to punt.

I've occasionally used the Marina Chinese flat as a last minute option. Clearly it's hit and miss. But, for me at least, more hit than miss

Sorry to hear that Def, nothing worse than planning your day and being let down.
I have been there not a good feeling, a waste of a day.

It's par for the course especially in punting and life, it happens to us all no matter where you indulge your desires.      Relax with some nice music (I've been waiting to use that on )
