Meet never happened

Sent a text message with time and date and Kate replied with four messages with ok,the address,see you soon and call when I arrive, which I thought was great
Arrived at location, called no answer so sent a text and had no reply decided to call again but again no answer
Walked back to my car waited 10 minutes then left   :dash:
