Author Topic: Have you told a WG your real name?  (Read 6278 times)

Absolutely, it's a slippery slope and even if your single at the moment with 'nothing to loose', who's to say that in a months time you won't find the love of your life and who want's to start a relationship explaining how 90% of their Facebook friends are escorts...
It's sheer lunacy. People acting without a thought to the potential consequences.

So you meet a lovely civvy girl and stop seeing your favorite regular. She, like many other women, gets the hump when you tell her that you can no longer see her. What if she really liked you and was holding out in the vain hope that you may want her; that you may take her away from her current life? So she doesn't take this perceived 'rejection' very well. Already knows your real name, where you live as she's been around there many times, probably has your land line number and yes is even on your Facebook friends list. This of course means that she knows all your Facebook friends too. So you remove her from your list in panic. Too bloody late mate!

What about the married or attached guy who does the same, after previously telling her everything about his life, including where he works? So this prossie feels like the punter has treated her like a piece of fuck meat and has been thrown out with the trash. She feels that her lifestyle or life have been ruined by this man, so now it's payback time.  :bomb:

Think those scenarios are far fetched......... Caveat emptor

No but a couple of WGs have told me their real names.  I have occasionally let my guard down by showing my car number plate, hotel name, pay pal account, regular bank account and home address to various WGs.  I figure those WGs like discretion too though so there's a mutually self-assured destruction situation for me to fall back on, and I probably care less than them if anyone finds out what we got up to.
I'd never do that, I just give them my real first name only.

If I have to email them I use an alternative Yahoo email address as my usual one is too revealing.

Yes; a punting email address is in many ways as important as a punting phone.  Especially if your main civvy email address is yourcivvyname@yourisp.com and your civvy name is an unusual one.

Done with the knowing each other's real name thing - this site has wised me up.  Same goes with my job (there was a top thread on this when I first joined).  For me my stage name and new career can add to the fun.

Yes, well first name only of course, and why not?
Many wg's have told me theirs after a couple of meets although one once sent me photos with a email link that soon revealed her facebook page!

Thats bollocks really. Any half decent pro isnt going to come up to you in public. They should ignore you.

As someone who doesnt give my real name to a lot of Civvy birds I ve shagged. I can tell you its easy to front it out. You stare them straight in the eyes and say sorry you must have the wrong person

Exactly, and your story is plausible because they have the wrong name.
