Punt: OW, various positions, and here is where things went south. in CG and reverse CG she was doing the half-penetration thing, bobbing up and down with a not too OTT amount of fake moaning. Shifting forwards, cat-arching, awkward twists to the left and right.

I don't think so. All that angle shifting and terrible arching to prevent full penetration is so they can last longer throughout the day of taking dick to reduce wear and tear. If a couple people go brazy on her and she takes it fully whilst arching properly she would not last, her body would be khalas LOL.

So what's the next step?

Shallow penetration central. I've come across all those techniques, only thing she missed out on was doing kegels to try and make OP finish faster  . With the combination of that and a friendly demeanour, punters will think exactly what you thought and let her off. Come on man you're a brothel walker too you should have seen all the tricks too.
