Had to view a car in Southend so decided to have a pop at something nearby.

Asked to go to high street in Southend. Made my way there and then Whatsapped the number and was told I would need to make a cash deposit of £80 to be paid in to bank account sort code: (check with mod. can this be posted?) account no: (check with mod. can this be posted?) Account name: (check with mod. can this be posted?).

I asked to video call to prove, mask OK, for security but replied that she doesn't offer free video chat. I said 10 seconds, to which she said I was a timewaster.

Like f*ck I will be transferring money.

At £150/hr thought she may be legit, but I'm not entertaing this. Negative and time waster.

You sure dodged a bullet there. Personally don’t trust VS at all having been duped once 5 years ago and never went back. Pickings in Essex are bad enough without having to worry about fake scheming profiles.

Yandex found the photos

PimEyes got around 600 facial recognition hits on her from other photos but you have to take out a subscription to see the results

TinEye is of little use

Thank you. How can tineye not find a photo that is on a public webpage ? I could understand if it was in a private forum or suchlike. Thanks anyway, we live and learn.

I just tried Yandex and it found her instantly !!!

TinEye doesn't index social media type sites.
Yandex does - to a limited degree - but still misses a lot. But Yandex has facial recognition routines as well, which increases the hit rate

I've never actually used that.
Yandex is Russian and much of its search technology is military spin-offs. Obviously the facial recognition, but also it has a remarkable ability to recognise key buildings and landmarks in Europe - all ready for the WWIII invasion.
Just assume all your Yandex browsing gets logged in Moscow
