Sorry it was a shot punt OP. Couldn't review because of time rule. Saw her a year or two back. Photos are old and extremely flattering. Pretty much Exactly the same experience apart from no RO because she smelt quite bad. Literally could smell it on my finger the next day after multiple washes.
 Tutted by neighbours on way in with complementary head shake.
 Kept asking "what you been up to babe?" Several times as though mechanical.

Similar here. Was well over a year ago. Same block of flats so she definitely hasn’t ‘just moved’. Everything else as described is correct. Was very rude too

I’ve tried to book Stacey in the past, but she just messed me around. She mentioned to me that she has full time caring responsibilities and does this on this side. This may explain a little, but overall she came off my list after she was unable to confirm a booking time + services.

I had a very similar experience. Fixed up meet  wanted to know when I was on my way. Then complete silence when I got parked up. I guested it was the block of flats as the postcode is shared with several buildings including a funeral directors. So I left a message.
