Another visit , on a Saturday about 2 weeks ago,  to Edgware Health & Beauty. - the first since they re-opened after “lockdown” .  They have a new website Edgwaremassage.com. - looks as if they are trying to improve their image.  Once inside I noticed that they had a new carpet fitted throughout so the place appeared less “ grotty”.   Paid the usual £20 at the door for a 30 minute session. 
 Was allocated Sophia who the receptionist said was from Italy.  Sophia is a shortish, slim woman, aged about 35 with long black hair.  I think that the only connection she has with Italy is when she puts her
“laughing gear” around a cornetto. 
Into the cubicle, accepted a quick shower, and Sophia returned - still wearing a mask that she obviously wished to keep on.  She promptly took off her overall to reveal a slim body with nice boobs.  Kept her pants on.  Touching was allowed.  The massage consisted of a few rubs up and down the back.  Next was more interesting as Sophia put on a glove, some lube and inserted it into the orifice - obviously her speciality.  On the turn over the HR was ok but nothing special mainly because Sophia seemed a bit morose and failed to make a “connection” .   Time up and handed over the agreed £25 and out the door.
Whilst this might be a negative it is certainly “ cheap and cheerful” so a neutral - especially as Sophia has a good body.  I might well return - there are different  “ girls “ each day plus the added advantage of just turning up rather than having to phone to make an appointment.

Prices haven't changed for years

No haggling needed. All the girls do a basic topless massage and HR for the £25 "tip". Very little else on offer.

Curious but do they allow you to ask to view the girls to choose before you proceed?
I've always avoided this place as it looked a bit shady and opted for the other two nearby Akos and Nature Tree, but after your review I might give it a go.

If you have been a few times, could you let me know what experience you have had with the other girls there pls?  Also did Sophia have any tatoos by any chance?  Just want to make sure she wasn't another girl passing off as someone else.....

Yes, you can see which of the available girls at the time are free and choose one.

what is Akos and Nature Tree like?

Akos and Natural Tree are owned by the same owner, the Chinese lady at the front desk at Akos often sends punters across the road if they fancy one of the other types.  Mostly Chinese in both but they do have a few EEs.  Worth calling and asking ahead.  Both places are clean and £45 on the door and £40 in the room for B2B, they never do much more.

Can you pls tell me a little more about Edgware Health & Beauty, who looks fit there and is worth seeing?   I was trying to understand some of your comments, did Sophia give you a prostate massage?  She offered or just did it?

That place always looked a bit funny to me so I never ventured there but Im tempted to after you post.

Yes - prostate without hesitation.
Sophia has no tattoos.
The place has different “girls” each day.   Some have apparently been there for some years.
I agree that the place looks a bit grotty and lacking in facilities ie. en-suite showers as found in nearby establishments.

I decided to venture to Edgware H&B today, never again.  Rather than looking grotty, it is grotty.  The room I was in had a spyhole in the door that was hardly disguised and the decor is something of the 1970s.

I had a girl of colour, I think her name was pronounced Sia (Spanish origin but clearly lived in the UK for a long while)  Her massage was shit, no technique whatsoever and charged £25 for HE.

I'll stick with one of the more cleaner establishments in the area going forward but thanks for the heads up on Sophia who it seems only works on weekends.  Interestingly the Russian Natasha (tall) works there at the moment.

all of the rooms have spyholes as part of the compliance with the local council licence AFAIK.

The original owner used to look in to check that nothing more than HR was going on

If you think that Edgware H &B is “ grotty” you should have visited before they fitted the new carpet !!!

Natasha - supposedly Russian - I passed her in the hallway as I went to find the shower.   I thought that she was medium height and not “ tall “ .  She appeared a bit chubby with blonde hair but what struck me most was the long black false eyelashes and the heavy facial make-up.  Age wise she must be at least
50 so well past her sell by date.

Ok you could be right.  When I called them that day, a Russian type accent answered the phone and she sounded "very mature".  A couple of doors away is Akos and Natural Therapy across the road (both owned by the same person).  They had a Russian girl there called Natasha who I've had a few times about 18-months ago.  She was in her 20s, pretty and maybe 5ft 8 so tallish.  I assumed this was the same person without qualifying it as sometimes these similar names work between these sites.

Also re: spy holes, no other massage place I've visited, be it akos, NT, Mai Thai (another grotty place in Hendon), Bamboo or D Spa have spyholes on the doors. 

As I said, never again for me H&B......although that prostate massage is floating my boat a little.  Is this commonly offered in most places?  Are the "outcomes" a sensational experience?
