Apologies if I've missed this before, but TFL/Oyster is a real fucking pain!

Am I human? How many cycles, boats, trucks traffic lights can I see, who the fuck cares?

Many of the pictures are not easy to identify these "essential" clues and it can sometimes take several goes - all I want to do is check my balance FFS!

Why the fuck do they feel the need to do this for my Oyster account!!!

Thank goodness it wasn’t just me!!!

I usually use the app which has none of that stuff but was too lazy to go downstairs for my phone so used the PC. I did send a message about it but tfl don’t give a toss

I had an Oyster card for several year for my day trips to London for sight seeing and punting. Good thing about it was the balance you had didn't reduce if not used, downside was that if you topped it up you had to visit a tube station to activate the balance. I struck lucky on the first day I had mine as when I went to a machine to add funds the previous user hadn't tapped their Oyster card on the yellow pad so the £5 was still showing on the machine, I tapped my card on the pad and got their money. Now I've got a contactless card I ditched my Oyster card.
