As I said further up the post, I’ve seen Alexa a fair few times and can’t say I’ve never noticed any acne or scarring, of course I can’t speak for any and every day but I think a lot of people on here forget your meeting a human not buying a “product”, overall I’ve always found her charming and an excellent service provider
