So I was going to be in the area and had seen the reviews of joy. It seemed hit and miss but it ticked my kinda preference so sent of a text to book. It took quite a while and when on the phone she stressed it was only a part time she was doing this for. Phone called confirmed the appointment and postcode was sent, was told to call upon arrival.
