Location : The entrance is not that discrete and parking is available just opposite for free.
Walk-in: the person on the reception wears a mask, I asked for 30 mins and was told £25 handed over £30, he says will give extra time for the £5 as he didn't have change.
Directed to the massage room which is bit dark and was told a masseuse will attend.

The lady in her 40's walks in and asked me to lie down in the table. A mediocre massage, after 20 mins I was asked to turn and bit of massage to the legs and the shoulder. 3 mins passby I asked the question any extras and she says £40 for HR. I said £20 and she didn't budge finally settled for £30. She allowed to fondle her breasts, nothing more.

Finished and wiped all within the 35 mins of total time.

Will I return ? No. Who would want to pay £60 for 30 mins massage with a HR by a 40+ Thai masseuse? In my opinion Other establishments in the town offers better service for the price

Not busy. not at all surprised.
Who the fuck wants to be jerked off by a 40+ woman for 60 quid?  not me. probably more pleasure and cheaper that's for sure doing it yourself.
