Have any of you tried to ‘phone the SPs?
AW emails/messages/WhatsApp work most times, but if you don’t get a reply and you know they have read them, or are working (ie green light on, regularly logging in updating profile) then just phone.
Any phone call takes priority. It’s like someone phoning you at home or knocking on your door. You don’t think, I’ll just answer these 100 emails and 50 text messages before answering that.
I imagine most SP work on a day by day basis. There will be lots of exceptions but I imagine most prioritise filling the gaps for the current day and then tomorrow. Once they have got their bookings in place, and their diary is full there is no real need to answer any more that day, especially if you have never met. I doubt they really want to engage in back n forth emails to make a booking for next week unless it says the time, date and duration in the title rather than “Helloooo”
Try “phoning” at 5 to the hour and 5 past the hour when the punter is in the shower.
