Thanks for the review OP, I was on the fence about this one based on Mr M's review and other comments ; now its clear shes one to avoid.

Many turn a blind eye but if a complaint is made or very senior management are made aware, it may get stopped. Chains especially have reputations to maintain!

A similar thing happened to me last year. A thai WG called Amy_new_1999 , had 2 positive reviews here on UKP and so I booked her.
It turned out to be the worst punt of my life and she was physically repulsive.
