I have seen Katie a bunch of times over the years, always had fun but yeah I'd agree her age is well off.  I'd optimistically put her at about at least 45-ish.

I have always found her to be good fun and very passionate, but I aborted an attempt to visit her recently when she mentioned she no longer kisses due to COVID risk.  Her choice, and to be respected, but for  "normal" punt rather than a FBSM one that is a necessity for me, and a deal-breaker if kissing is not included. 

She has always been very clean and has never let me down so I would say as long as the kissing is not a problem then go for it, you will almost certainly have a good time.  With the caveat that she will be more mature than you were expecting.  Attractive lady though...
