Fake tits

I've never been a fan of fakes and try and avoid them if possible. Today I had the option of fake tits or no tits, so went with the fakes and was shocked. I really really couldn't tell the difference.

Normally they have that look - like there's a donut in there so it bulges out at the sides, sticks too far out the front, doesn't lie down when they are on their back. They usually feel like a ball in  plastic bag - so the skin rides on the top of them in a bizarre way.

Apparently she's had them 12 years and they didn't start off like that, but now they look normal, feel normal totally. I didn't know that happened - is it normal, and how long does it usually take?

Cosmetic surgery, when done well and with moderation, is difficult to discern. Boob jobs fit into that category.

I had the same experience once and no visible scarring too.  However I think implants still have to be changed every 10-20 years, so even if the girl gets lucky that might not always be the case?

Each woman's circumstances will be slightly different but I imagine if she was already quite busty to begin with then an implant used in say an uplift, well that wouldn't be as noticeable as it would be in a woman who was flat to begin with.  Either way I like em huge and fake and I have no idea why.

She said she had nothing but she's had a kid in the meantime nd I'm guessing added a few pounds, both of which could have helped pad them out I guess.

Depends on size and type of the implant, how it's put into the body, the skill & experience of the surgeon, and how much breast tissue the woman had to being with.   

If you go for reasonably-sized implants put under the pectoral muscle by an top flight consultant (i.e. expensive) surgeon, they'll look a lot more natural than massive ones over the muscle done by one of those "get new tits for only £1,000!" places.

I'm not questioning their right to do what they want, but they generally aren't for me. If a woman had cancer then I sympathise, but that is no reason I would like her fake tits more than any others.

A TG once asked me to have a look at her post-op FF to see if it was "correct." I had a look and it was upside fucking down (clit at the wrong end). Fuck knows how the surgeon had managed that. Fake boob technology on the other hand seems to be pretty good if you get the best and also something believable. Someone I knew let me have a feel of her "before and afters" and both were realistically squidgy to touch. Which is more than I can say for most prossies with fake tits. The fun of stroking the pimple on top of a tightly-blown balloon has its limits. 

Did anyone see that programme on cosmetic cunt surgery? Apart from sad sad sew-me-up-again cases of Muslim women wanting to re-virginize themelves, women mostly wanted their flaps removed. When you get the knickers off and its just a slit, how do you tell one fanny from a thousand others? Give me a minge-mis-shape any day, and a bit of non-scratchy happy hair to set it off nicely . . .

The current state of the art is probably whatever reconstruction Angelina Jolie has had.

My own personal observations - which though otherwise unscientific are based upon a reasonable sample size - is that falsies \ reconstruction still has some way to go. 

But give it a few years and they'll be growing "real" ones from stem cells.

There's one exception I make for clearly fake big tits and that is for spraying them with cum. Simple. It looks nice.

I have the same feeling for COF but if she has a nice face, that is often my preference over cum-over-tits.
