Been in contact with this lady and wondered if anybody had any information
Coms has been great so far but she is wanting a 50% deposit paid and that to me is a red flag from other posts iv seen.

As you point out a deposit is a red flag.

She is not a looker. You money etc...

I'll health or not, 2 years a member I think you're going to just have to take the jump and get stuck in, either here or on some of your other posts about WGs.
