Made booking a couple of days in advance. Hadn’t seen her before, so she asked for £30 deposit. Based on reviews on here, had no real reservations about doing so.

Venue - Small ground floor flat in the Hyde Park area of Leeds (free street parking). Her road was a dead end so i parked around the corner, but she said parking on her street not a problem.
