At 600/h, the question is not about extras and at which price, the question is ‘ please confirm all services whatever they are are included’   Don’t be surprised to be ripped off by both agencies and SPs when asking silly questions. Asking the question you asked implies that you are open to the possibility of paying extra above an ridiculous high price. They see you coming from far, sniffing money in your deep pockets.  hence why they said 200 for a-level waiting for you to propose 100 so you feel you get a bargain. At the end you still cash 700 to shag a Rom

I don't know man, that's between you and PP1920 and anyone else who may not believe your review to discuss. I believe your review but I do not frequent agencies so I do not know how they operate to make a judgement in terms of the comms and fees discussed.  It's up to you what you decide to do, you don't owe it to anyone to "clear your name" to be fair. It's not like it was an indie WG who could be impacted more by a neg review, the agency will not lose any money from your one neg review anyway I think.
