Actually the other reason to think the worst. OP claims rimming was agreed in the booking. Even if OP doesn't know what rimming is, Sarah is unlikely to have agreed to it!

1) OP doesn't know what rimming is indeed. This is why I've mentioned that I'm willing to play a lot with balls, maybe there is some confusion here? It is quite close to arse... But I wouldn't ever go there.

2) OP got two different meetings mixed up, another girl gave him rimming, but he somehow memorised me doing it? I've had similar situations before when reading my reviews, things didn't match up, but weren't that important, so I didn't say anything. Just minor, irrelevant things. There is one review of me (old one, 2017 perhaps?) where I had to explain and prove, that there is no way that someone has seen me before I got my breast enhanced. I've got them done way before I've started escorting.

Yes, as you've mentioned it clearly states receiving on my AW profile. But can be confusing to a novice. Still, whenever I'm being asked about rimming, I always make it clear that I'm happy to receive it only.

This time a negative one, stating that on our second meet, that has taken place just a day after the first one, he discovered that I’m no longer fit and couldn’t do a push up which was requested and agreed over the phone, my English became poor, I’ve charged him extra for touching my knee and did eventually agreed to bareback after he got me a Focus RS (I’m referring to the stuff that is written on my profile :-) ).

Now more seriously- do people like him get banned? And if so, what are the chances that he will come back under a different name and indeed be allowed to write me another fake review, this time negative? As a form of revenge for making his career on UKP very short.

If they post is reported to moderators then they'll look at it and make a decision. Not 100% sure he'll be banned for it and he'd normally at least get a chance to come back and clarify what exactly he meant. After all it may just still be an honest mistake (excuse any poor spelling, its hard typing whilst led on the floor avoiding all the flying pigs!)

It's difficult to stop someone making a 2md account to but the mods here are pretty good at spotting returners.
