I went to meet Nar/Nadia a couple of weeks ago after reading some reviews on here, my experience seems to be similar.

Texted on arrival to get the actual address and I was met at the door by Nar who let me in to a small, clean bedsit flat with a dedicated massage room and table. Nar is a very attractive (even though she was wearing a mask the whole visit)Thai lady, fairly tall with a decent figure and a big set of boobs, which looked great in the low cut top she was wearing. She speaks excellent English and is very chatty. I was left to get undressed and lay on the table naked with just a towel over me. What followed was a real nice massage starting with the legs and then onto the back, then on the turnover the same including the arms and then chest and stomach. Nothing sensual and CC or anything. Massage complete I was left to wipe myself down with the towel which had been covering me and I got dressed and left.
I paid £40 for the 1 hour.
I’ve had 2 further massages, which follow the same route; on the second massage I asked if she did extras, to which I was told politely, no extras. Third Massage was the same, really good Swedish massage (didn't ask again for the extras). Even without the extras I will keep going back as the massage is really nice. So even without the extras it's still a positive.
It’s a shame as extras are not offered for me at least, she is a lovely looking girl and I can imagine the HJ would be great.
