I used standard SMS text the day beforehand to Diva, they took quite a while to confirm. It wasn't until two hours prior and a prod from me that they provided the address.
Diva requested that all future bookings to use Telegram. Whilst my old punting phone probably can't install it, what is the advantage of it?
Location:
Just a short stroll from Warren St. Diva didn't provide me with a flat number to buzz so I had to stand outside and call them for Blanka to buzz me in. Kinda makes it obvious what your doing, but the street is generally very quiet.

As it has been a long time since I last punted, so I selected Blanka for having been around a number of years and fairly well reviewed. For an easing in GFE she was a great choice.
