If people want to conclude from this one review that I am ‘unreliable’ then that’s fine, but I really don’t like cancelling on people and it’s the last thing I will do. Shame as none of you see how hard I have worked and what social and family life I have sacrificed in 4 years. I work 6/7 days a week and pick up the phone as much as I possibly can, somehow still finding time to go to the gym and complete a bachelors degree. As much as I don’t ever want to cancel and disappoint anyone, life happens and sometimes I can’t do anything about it

Life happens of course but is it that difficult to spend 30 seconds to text the OP a bit sooner to say the booking wasnt going to go ahead, especially as he'd planned his day around the booking. I'm sure you wouldnt like it if the boot were on the other foot.
