As I said, it's not conclusive, but something to be aware of if it happens again. Only so many times you can move flat (as in permanent move, to your own new flat) in a month. Scammers don't have to disappear to quietly carry on a scam, they only need to move when the money dries up. So indexed, yes, as they're most likely too lazy to bother setting up a new profile, until they're rumbled.
For general awareness, there seem to be a growing number of PG only scammers who are uncontactable and delete emails without reading them, reading across the different area forums. They're not the disappear with your money and never return type of scam, but passive and subtle cons where they're advertising to meet but no one ever seems able to contact them, yet they're keen for you to check out their PGs. Then "move" to a new area, and repeat.
There's been a raft of these near Bristol where as soon as AW shut down obviously fraudulent profiles (not going to say how in case they're reading this), they pop up again. Probably run by a gang as it's getting to the point where you just assume most new profiles around there are fakes.
Just another trick to be savvy to that'll lighten your wallet in return for nowt.
