Negatives:• The punt got off to a very odd start. As soon as I walked through her door she said aggressively, “who are those people standing behind you”. There were people walking along the street where she lives who she could probably see through her intercom. Nothing out of the ordinary and I was very taken aback by this rather hostile entrance.
She then proceeded to go on about how young I looked. I admit I do look quite young for my age (I am in my 30s) but not so young that I could ever legitimately be mistaken for underage. Regardless, she asked to see my ID (which is her right to do), so I showed her my ID to prove my age. It turns out she thought two people who she saw walking by behind me while I buzzed the intercom were my parents who were dropping off their son in some sort of bizarre twisted present. I would have thought she was joking if she didn’t say it so seriously – a very strange conclusion to come to.
Regardless, we could have laughed it off and once I proved my age that should have been the end of it. But no. She went on and on through the duration of the punt about how young I looked and not in a nice way – to a point where it was getting rude, and it made me feel very self-conscious and embarrassed. Maybe she had a recent experience catching someone underage so she was a bit paranoid, but once I proved my age there should have been no further comments.

Summary:• I was on the fence if to rate this a Neutral or Negative. I was made to feel uncomfortable throughout due to repeated jabs at my appearance and her comms were not good. In the end I will only reserve Negative ratings for truly shit experiences though, and her services were good - so going with a Neutral.
