Hey up buddy,
Based on my experience of Sheffield massage parlours (mostly visited Phoenix Spa and Muang)
- you can call ahead and try and book someone specific however dont be suprised if you arrive and "theyre busy". I've only ever had this once at Muang and probably visited a dozen times. These 2 parlours dont give a line up type situation but Sonsabai which is more a brothel parading as a massage parlour does. If you see a masseuse in reception (common in Muang as they can have upto 4 or 5 girls working at the same time) you could ask if shes free but again might be told shes already booked if shes a popular girl.
- arrive and chose duration of massage (if not already confirmed on phone) and pay at the reception desk. £30 for 30 mins or £40/£45 for 1 hour is normal. This is just for the time and massage only (there is no entrance fee for these places but there is for Sonsabai and Caesars)
- be taken to the room by a masseuse. If brave you can try and ask about extras first chance you get alone in the room however might be better to wait when the actual massage has started or could make things very awkward (depends how ballsy you are!)
- agree a price for any extras with the masseuse (HE/ B2B/ whatever) and pay before she starts. Rare that she will ask you to pay after but guess it depends how comfortable she feels with you
- I wouldn't ask about extras as the lady on reception is normally the owner (Ning at Muang and Helen at Phoenix). Although they both give massages with extras they appreciate discretion so better to ask about these when in the room with the girl.
Hope this answers your questions but anything else please ask!
