I agree with your selections but actually all these are from the 1920s. Louise Brooks was born in 1906, Marlene Dietrich in 1901 and Greta Garbo in 1905. Also from the 1920s I would pick Myrna Loy ahead of Louise Brooks for the top 3 of the decade. From the 1970s I should add Dayle Haddon and Kim Cattrall (and remove Bisset as she is mostly 1960s). Patti Hansen and Janice Dickinson complete the top 5 of 1970s (which is a rather poor decade).
The most difficult decade is perhaps 1990s. So many hot and almost equivalent women to choose from. Besides the top 3 I stated before I could have selected:
Early 90s: Claudia Schiffer, Carmen Electra, Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Catherine Zeta Jones
Mid 90s: Charlize Theron, Susan Ward, Milla Jovovich, Tera Patrick, Adriana Sklenarikova, Aishwarya Rai, Cameron Diaz, Tyra Banks

LOOK gorgeous. Perhaps todays’ make-up transformations are not highlighted as much as they should be. Just watch Lauren Curtis transformation in her make-up tutorial videos and you will be amazed:

The above also goes on to show that some discrepancies attributed to photoshop between the appearance of WGs in the flesh and their AW pics are actually sometimes entirely due to make-up. The typical cheap Romanian WG does not go through such painting all the time so she may look worse in the flesh than in her AW pics.
