I've not booked anyone for 14 months and I'm thinking of getting back into it. No reviews yet as I only discovered this place recently.
I'll be travelling near Birmingham soon, so I thought I might try there.
I have read on here that there are people watching cars and trying to rob punters and WGs. Obviously I want to avoid those problems. From what I've read I should avoid the city centre.
I can remember a thread about this happening, but it must have been at least a couple of years ago, certainly pre-covid. I don't read every thread, however, so have there been any recent reports?
Not sure if the OP is just naïve, or a country bumpkin spooked by the big smoke. I have seen reports of similar things happening elsewhere. Brum seems to me no worse nor better than any other big city. Have always felt safe during the daytime, but I presume that there are parts it would be better not to be wandering around after knocking out time, just like there are in other cities.
I assumed the thread title was asking about the availability of WGs, whereas it actually seems to be about how safe Brum is to visit. Any chance of renaming it?
