I can personally recommend Nagoya, bit of a trek though. 

Japanese prossies very rarely venture out of Japan as they can make a very good living at home.
There are only 2 types of Japanese women, beautiful & pig ugly & in my experience they are not very good in the sack as they are submissive to the extreme.
