You're right, and it is his review/rating... Perhaps it's more a case of on reflection he changed his mind... I don't know how experienced the OP is when it comes to punting (and that's totally his business), but I'll pose the question:
If yourself or UB got 25 mins of a 1hr booking, how would you rate it?
