From the reviews I have seen on here, the "ROM service" is shocking however every week there is another tale of woe with a few good ones now and again. Why are they just not boycotted? Why are the same mistakes made? She does look bloody miserable and her PR machine is shocking. Is it down to lack of choice? If they didn't get any takers then surely they'd have to up their game....right?
