Parking for Punting

What is your general procedure when you are given the general address to meet your SW?
I usually look on Google maps, and try to park 2 or 3 streets away, then call for specifics.

What about areas of town where you have to pay, or parking is prohibited? For example Titanic Quarter? Where do you normally park?

Depending on what time I’m meeting so later in the evening you could getaway at the titanic quarters as no one is working to give you a ticket or there’s times I’ll meet on a Sunday in the city center to avoid paying the car parks or after those ticket machines are off

Haha. This reminds me of my first few punts - brilliant times - brilliant girls - then having to rush back to car hoping I hadnt got a ticket.
There must be some funny parking stories out there?

If meeting after 7pm in titanic quarter, I usually park at the back of the tech building. The spaces there are specified for tech staff, but they are all empty and no one would care at that time.
If earlier, I’d just park in the travel lodge. Not overly expensive, just make sure to have coins as you don’t want it on your card
