Moscow is top of my list, but I can't see them easing entry restrictions anytime soon.

Lol, I have done a shitload of research, so am extremely well prepared. All I need is for them to give the all clear for me to travel, which right now is looking quite far ahead into the future.

the reserach on moscow here seems thin, they say that its not worth it. surprised about your choice, im thinking barcelona is a safe bet.
