I found myself with an opportunity and I thought I'd give Kim a punt. Some positive reviews and a neg and a neutral - the balance of probability looked good.

Location - Block of flats in the middle of Birmingham. There was plenty of pay and display parking about. However, the postcode I was given covers two blocks. I'd not clocked this, and I only get texted a flat number and it turns out I'd gone in the wrong block. The room is largeish, sparsely furnished and clean.
