Was interested in trying this one but the history of ghosting on arrival has now put me off.

Because I now have to travel into London specifically for a punt, rather than just already being there after leaving the office, I am very risk adverse to this type of thing so I don't waste that journey. Im sure you got your system with her and you're a repeat customer but I would always reply with 'OK please book me for x pm'

and like the others say, do a check in at least 30 mins before for a double confirm - i.e. (some would say) an OTT level of confirmation for any SP:

'OK please book for 5.00 pm - 1 hour booking'

(4.00 pm) 'Just to confirm I will arrive at 5.00 pm for the appointment'

(4.30 pm) 'Hello, I am on my way to arrive at 5.00 pm for the appointment'

It seems daft but at the least you will be more likely to get your appointment, and early notification if its not happening or they double booked.

I assume these SP have a maid answering all or some of the time, eg if they on the job.
