Possibly around 12th April when non-essential retail reopens along with hairdressers,nail salons.

I've heard on Happy Ending Weekly, that local authorities will allow queues to form....(safe distances of course i.e. approx 10-12 erect penis lengths apart), from 1800hrs on 11th April.
