As you guys have mentioned a NBA policy is racist no ifs or buts, there are guys big from every race and to simply say only black guys aren’t allowed because of size is insulting to all. 8 vs 9 is actually a VERY big different ..1 potentially just touches/tickles the cervix.....the other outright busts right through it and can be very painful

Then there is also the fear and stigma associated with being black, to some from foreign lands...these boogeyman stories might be seared into their brains and they cant help them selves but be scared...who knows

There are several non-racial reasons, why some SPs apply NBA’s, that have been highlighted over the years. However, I believe many are racially based.

I'm between 7-7.5 and I find myself bottoming out and hitting the cervix of most women, I've only met one who actually liked it. 

A genuine 8-9, which is almost unheard of, would be way too much for most women to take especially in a position like Doggy. No way you'd be able to get balls deep into most women with a penis that long.
