Hello all, I'm considering a booking with Lush and would like to know your experiences with their calling protocol. I know that you need to call the number on their website to make the booking, however once you have arrived at the booking address given, do you call back on the same number on their website to get further directions or is it a different number?

I have read that some people have been on hold for 30min+ when ringing the number on their website, so if you need to ring the same number once you've arrived for your booking then won't this possibly make you late for your booking time if you have to wait on hold?

From my experience, I've had no issues. Call the number on the website to receive the address, then call the same number again when you've arrived for directions. I've had to wait a max of 5 minutes, but I imagine of it's gets busy you could be waiting longer. But no issues really.

I think they log your name and number after the first call and are expecting your call nearer the appointment so you should expect to get through fairly quickly. I've had no trouble getting through to get apartment number.

Protocol will be slightly different whether you call to book a girl on the same day or your book a girl for a later date.
Same day bookings:
1) call to book the girl you fancy at whatever time is free. You'll be given the address to go to.
2) once at the address, call the same number just a few minutes before your appointment time. (Call too early and they'll tell you to call again closer to the time. Gotta be explicit from you. Else you'll end up on their blacklist and will no longer be allowed to book in advance, only on the day, until several bookings went OK and you'll finally be trusted again.
Do not hesitate to ask them on which floor the flat is. I have had instances where there's no logic like a number 173 on the second floor and not first as one would guess. (Daviemac 173 is an exemple, not the real number I was given which I cannot recollect precisely anyway)
